TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO TAKE BOTH TEAM AND CARIBBEAN CUP TITLES AT DARTS CHAMPIONSHIPS

T&T SUCESSFULLY DEFENDED ITS CARIBBEAN TEAM TITLE AND WENT ON TO WIN THE OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIPS BY WINNING THE CARIBBEN CUP WITH 141 POINTS.

Florida placed 2nd in the Cup with 138,while Bahamas were 3rd.with 132.
In the Team event, T&T were on top with 86 with Bahamas at 80 and Florida at 79.
Newcomer, Esdyl Hayloc of the Cayman Islands caused quite an upset when he knocked out veteran, Anthony Forde of Barbados in the Finals of the Men's Singles. Forde still managed to take the Male MVP prize.
Nannette Brooks of T&T was prevented from claiming her third Ladies' Singles Title by Jennifer Reid of Jamaica who also went to take home the Female MVP Award.
Florida won the Men's Doubles and Guyana the Female Doubles.
Barbados defeated T&T in the Mixed Trios.
E. Smith of Cayman clocked the most 180's while J. Reid of Jamaica took that for the women.
B. Robinson of Turks and Caicos had the lowest finish with 14 darts while M.Goss of Florida had an 18 dart finish as well as the highest check off for women at 155. Her teamate, R.Lott, checked off at 167 to win for the Men.
