Coming Soon!
Our updated safeguarding policy will be released in 2026. Please check back for further details.
How do I report a safeguarding concern?
If you witness, experience, or suspect that someone is unsafe, has been harmed, or is at risk of harm, or if you believe that a participant, volunteer, or official has breached the Safe Sport Code of Conduct or relevant safeguarding policies, please report your concern using the official reporting form provided by the organizing body.
You may also report directly via email to safeguarding@ttoc.org or call +1 (868) 678-SAFE (7233).
If someone is in immediate danger, please treat this as an emergency and contact your local emergency services without delay.
Emails and calls to the safeguarding contact are monitored by a trained safeguarding triage team.
All reports will be acknowledged and handled confidentially in accordance with established safeguarding and data protection protocols.
