The Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) launched their merchandising drive with their Team TTO branded T-shirts at the Olympic House on Abercromby Street on Wednesday.
And TTOC president Brian Lewis also announced a New People's Choice Award category, which will be part of the 18th Annual TTOC Gala End of Year Awards Ceremony scheduled for December 29 at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad.
The T-shirts will become available to the public at a cost of $149 at branches of the Fan Club, the TTOC's official merchandise distributor from December 11.
Meanwhile, Tribal Caribbean general manager Dale Lutchman said the People's Choice Award, a new category introduced as part of the TTOC's short term marketing drive, will allow the public to become more involved and engaged with local athletes.
