The TTOC confirms that Dr. Ian Hypolite, Chef de Mission for Team TTO will provide a secondary role during the Rio Games as a studio analyst for the track and field events involving athletes from Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.

Keeping in mind that the 2024 Olympic Games is some eight years away, the T&T Olympic Committee (TTOC) is wasting no time in preparing the future Olympians for the journey to get to ten golds by that year.

The Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) yesterday recognised the 40th anniversary of Hasely Crawford’s capture of the country’s first Olympic gold medal and offered congratulations to the Montreal 1976 100 metres winner.
Crawford won gold exactly 40 years ago today, and the landmark was yesterday celebrated at a function hosted by the National Gas Company (NGC).

TeamTTO  (Team Trinidad and Tobago) Deputy Chef de Mission Lovie Santana along with Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee ( TTOC )  Secretary General Annette Knott arrived in Braganca,  Sao Paulo this morning to ensure that all is in order with the Trinidad and Tobago Pre Rio 2016 Olympics Training Camp.

MARCUS Duncan, who will represent Trinidad and Tobago at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in Brazil in August, said seeing the TT Olympic Games uniforms signifies all the hard work the national athletes displayed leading up to the Games.
