There is a growing confidence in the T&T camp following the bronze medal acheivements of both Marc Burns(100M ) and Roger Daniel(50 M PISTOL).

As the 2006 Commonwealth Games head to day 7 in Melbourne.There is a spring in the step and a renewed self belief.

Day 7 may just bring more hardware a not unrealistic expectation with action in the men's air pistol,men's trap and women's shot put on the cards.

In other day 7 action Kevon Pierre,Julieon Raeburn ,Aaron Armstrong and Sherridan Kirk will carry the T&T flag into battle at the MCG in the hope of advancing to the semi-finals of the 200 and 800 track event.

On the shooting range nineteen year old Robert Aeurbach the youngest competitor in the men's trap shoot event and Roger Daniel brimming with confidence and a bronze medal will contest the men's 10M air pistol competition .Both Daniel and Aeurbach have medal aspirations in mind.

In the women's shot put Cleopatra Borel- Brown is also expected to be in the medal hunt.

Meanwhile tonight at 9pm Melbourne time(6 am TT) there will be a brief function in the T&T camp at the Games Village to honour Marc Burns and Roger Daniel a presentation will be made to the duo on behalf of the entire Bhp Billition sponsored T&T Melbourne 2006 delegation.
