EITHER PRISONS FC or Queen’s Park will walk away with the CNG National Super League Championship title today.

Both teams will oppose each other at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo from 8 pm, in the latter match of a rescheduled Match Day 17 double-header.

At 6 pm, Petit Valley United will tackle Edinburgh 500 FC.

These two matches were originally carded for December 15, at the Hasely Crawford Stadium and Dibe Recreation Ground, Long Circular, St James respectively.

But a power outage which affected Port of Spain and environs forced the games to be pushed back to today.

The spotlight will be on the Prisons-Queen’s Park game, with Prisons leading the 10-team standings with 41 points, with Queen’s Park next with 40.

Prisons only need a draw to capture the crown, but the Parkites must win to walk away with the Championship trophy.
