Voting for the first ever Trinidad and Tobago Olympic (TTOC) People’s Choice athlete award came to a close at midnight on Sunday 20th December.

Members of public voted online via social media for the athlete of their choice.

The winner will be announced at the TTOC Annual Awards Gala which will be held on Tuesday 29th December at the Hyatt Regency Port of Spain Ballroom from 6pm.

The People’s Choice Award generated significant interest and positive response .

Tribal Caribbean recently announced as the TTOC social and digitial marketing partner had responsibility for conducting the People’s Choice online voting process.

The winners of the 2015 TTOC Sportsman and Sports woman ,Junior Sportsman and Sportswoman,Sports Personality and Alexander B Chapman Awards will be revealed on Tuesday 29th December.

The TTOC first held an Annual Award ceremony in 1994 and introduced the Alexander B Chapman Award in 1998.

The TTOC Awards over the years has grown in stature and prestige and the invitation only Awards Gala and the announcement of the respective winners is now a must attend on the local sporting and social calendar.

The Event is always held on the 29th December.
