Members of the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) have completed the 36th edition of the Trinidad and Tobago International Maraton in support of the TeamTTO #10Golds24 Athlete Welfare and Preparation Fund.

A number of participants of the T&T International Marathon (TTIM) on January 21 found much to complain about following the 36th edition of the race.

Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) President Brian Lewis is hopeful that pledges will be honoured after he and his team of supporters successfully completed the 36th edition of the Trinidad and Tobago International Marathon (TTIM) today, January 21st, in support of the TeamTTO #10Golds24 Athlete Welfare and Preparation Fund.

Walking in support of the T&T Olympic Committee fundraising project during last Sunday’s T&T International Marathion were sports commentator and writer Andre Errol Baptiste, Olympic shooter Roger Daniel and sports enthausaist Nigel Mark Baptiste.

Saturday was Fete with the Saints and also football at the Ato Boldon Stadium. Sunday was the T&T International Marathon which resulted in pain, pain and more pain on Monday. But let us rewind the clock, to the preparation, that I undertook for my fourth marathon in a row.

Brothers Stephen and Simon Njoroge almost did not make it to the start of the marathon, but when they did, the Kenyan siblings snatched gold and silver respectively in the 36th edition of the Trinidad and Tobago International Marathon, yesterday.
